Requirements:

Educational background:

• Bachelor: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

Work Experience:

• 2-3 years of Experience in IT Support.

Basic Knowledge:

• IT networking skills.
• Deep understanding of Windows OS.
• Technical Support, Desktop Support.
• System back-up.
• Active Directory.
• Virtualized technologies such VMWare and Hyper-V.
• Microsoft Azure.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
