About the job Recruitment Officer
Job Description:
- Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- With at least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
selection.
2. Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, networking, and referrals.
3. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring expectations.
5. Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records, reports, and applicant tracking system (ATS) entries.
6. Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates.
7. Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness
