Job description:
- Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in onboarding , HR operations or HR administration roles, strong communication, customer service-related and able to build report with new hires, Attention to details and ability to manage multiple task.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Pre-Employment Requirements Collection
2. Verify authenticity and completeness of documents submitted.
3. Guide new hires through the onboarding timeline, processes, and expectations.
4. Work closely with the IT, HR and Training team to arrange equipment, account setup, system access, payroll
and workspace preparation.
5. Ensure all onboarding forms, contracts, and legal compliance documents are completed and stored properly
6. Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates.
7. Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
