Qualifications:

  • College graduates with Warehousing/Inventory experience
  • Have previous experience with Parts Dept. (Auto Dealership) or Auto Supply/Parts Supply Store.
  • Has knowledge in Automotive parts and their functions.
  • Computer Literacy and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Warehousing Skill and Organizational Skills is a must.

Job Description:

  • Ensure that all spare parts are properly tagged and are placed/secured in their proper bins, update WMS records, and perform cycle counts/audits.
  • Ensure the unload, inspect and verify incoming shipments of automotive parts for accuracy, quality and damages.
  • Ensure that no parts are released from the warehouse without proper documentation and the orders for shipment shall be in proper handling.
  • Check and arrange for the collection of parts from the distributor warehouse or affiliated dealership as required by daily operational demands and ensure fast releasing of parts upon order.
  • Conduct random inventory at all times to check for any discrepancies and maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment. 
  • Work with purchasing, sales and logistics teams to meet operational goals and you shall report to superior any unusual observation in stocking and inventory.
  • Acts as a counter salesperson in the absence of the same and deliver parts to other dealerships if needed.
  • Ensure to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and utilize the parts catalog to ensure proper parts issuance.
  • Master parts number of various models and assist parts expediters in delivery preparation.
  • Accepts and checks parts delivered by the manufacturer and ensures that delivered parts conform with affixed documents with no errors.
  • Practice 5S in the work area at all times and maintain an accident-free work area.
  • Observe company policies, rules, and safety regulations with no incidents of violation, and report discrepancies or damages promptly.
  • Maintain a harmonious working relationship with other depts.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management.
