    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
    • At least 1-year experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
    • With Knowledge of HR function (pay & benefits, Lastpay, Booking and Travel Allowance)
    • With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
    • Proven and experience as an HR Officer.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
    • Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
    • Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
    • With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
    • Strong ethics and reliability.
    • Potential to handle a leadership role.

    Job Description:

    • Handling Last pay, Booking tickets and travel allowance
    • Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
    • Performs routine task required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
    • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
    • Supports the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
    • Maintains employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
