Key
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Inspect damaged vehicles and work with estimators or insurance adjusters to prepare accurate repair estimates.
- Advise customers on the body repair process, expected timelines, and associated costs.
- Schedule repairs and coordinate workflow in the body shop.
- Communicate regularly with customers on repair progress, updates, and completion times.
- Ensure all necessary approvals (insurance and customer) are obtained before work begins.
- Coordinate with BRP contractor, painters, and parts personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Perform final quality checks before delivering vehicles to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain accurate records of services, estimates, and invoices using shop management software.
- Secure the insurance payment collection and paperwork before the release of repaired unit.
- Proactively promote dealer services including Preventive Maintenance Service and general repair jobs, when appropriate.
Qualification
- College Graduate (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in automotive service advisor, collision repair, or a related field.
- Knowledge in Body and Paint process.
- Familiarity with estimating. collision repair and identify hidden damages.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computers and SAP system.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
