SALES CONSULTANT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with excellent sales and customer service skills
• Willing to perform telemarketing and client prospecting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to prepare professional business letters and emails
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn
• With a valid driver's license is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on their needs and preferences.
• Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available promotions.
• Conduct telemarketing, follow-ups, and client prospecting to generate sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct test drives and provide professional product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and other required paperwork.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Coordinate with financing, insurance, and other departments to ensure smooth transactions.
• Participate in showroom activities, sales events, and marketing initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
