Lazada Inventory Clerk/Driver

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business Course Related
• With/without experience
• Willing to be trained and a fast learner
• Willing to start ASAP
• Willing to work on holidays
• Requires a driver's license - Restrictions 1 and 2

Duties & Responsibilities

• Pulls-out parts.
• Transfers parts from one area to another, within the dealership, from the plant, from and to another dealership or affiliates and to other areas as required.
• Reports any observed defect on the parts to the Supervisor.
• Handles Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) monitoring.
• Performs other duties assigned from time to time such as, but not limited to cleaning showroom and other displays areas, driving units to customers, assisting sales people and customers during test drivers, etc.
• Observe Company policies, rules and regulations.
• Attendance is outstanding.
• Conducts random inventory on all times to check for any discrepancies.
• Reports to superior any unusual observation in stocking and inventory.
• Acts as counter salesman in the absence of the same.
• Keeps self-abreast with the latest bulletins, announcements and release of new models and any changes in spare parts from the manufacturers.
• Maintains harmonious working relationships with other departments.
• Prepares orders for dispatch and any task applicable.
