Tax Advisory - Training

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Tax Advisory Trainee to join our dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, helping them to minimize their tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients

- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to help clients minimize their tax liabilities

- Prepare and review tax returns and other related documents for accuracy and completeness

- Advise clients on tax implications of business decisions and transactions

- Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate any updates or changes to clients

- Identify potential tax issues and provide proactive solutions to mitigate risks

- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive tax advisory services to clients

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored tax advice

- Participate in training and development programs to stay current on tax laws and regulations and enhance technical skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- CPA or other relevant professional certification is preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax advisory or related field

- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Bahrain

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to communicate complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software
