About This Position

This 6-month contract role is ideal for those looking to expand their finance experience across different industries. As an Associate Finance Administration, you will be responsible for day-to-day finance activities, including processing bank transactions, preparing invoices, managing vendor payments, ensuring tax and social security compliance, maintaining accurate accounting records, and monitoring receivables. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth and compliant financial processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics majoring in accounting/fiscal administration or related fields from a reputable universities.
  • Having 1-3 years of experience in Finance or Tax.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Internship experience at accounting or consulting firms is advantageous.
  • Having knowledge in Indonesian Taxation.
  • Having good English communication skills, both oral and written.

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in processing online bank transactions and ensuring proper authorizations.
  • Prepare and issue customer sales invoices and VAT invoices via tax system.
  • Manage vendor billing, payments, and compliance with tax obligations (VAT, Withholding Tax) and social security contributions to Indonesian authorities.
  • Handle internal reimbursements, bank/cash vouchers, and review supporting documents for accuracy.
  • Record and monitor accounting transactions to ensure proper and timely entries in the books.
  • Monitor overdue receivables and send payment reminders.
  • Support monthly cash flow preparation, fund monitoring, and contract-related accounting entries.
