About This Position

This position is a staff loan. As a Staff Loan employee, your employment status will be with Grant Thornton Indonesia, but your work will be carried out on behalf of another organization.

This is a 6 month contract-based role that offers dynamic opportunities to gain experience across various industries, providing exposure to both consulting firms and corporate environments. You will be assigned to a Hospitality company located in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics majoring in Accounting with GPA min. 3,00 in scale of 4,00.
  • Having 1-3 years of experience in Accounting & Tax.
  • Previous experience working in a Public Accounting/Consulting firm is a plus.
  • Having knowledge in PSAK & Indonesian Taxation.
  • Experienced in handling journal entries, reconciliations, and financial closing.
  • Having good English communication skill both oral and written is a must.

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and post general ledger journal entries.
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Support the audit process by providing required documentation.
  • Prepare tax calculations and coordinate with tax consultants if needed.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
  • Assist supervisor/manager with ad hoc financial reports and analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
