As our client continue to expand, they have exciting plans for the future. This includes the development of their existing network of sites, as well as the acquisition of new sites. Their goal is to own and operate 300 sites within the next 5 years. Therefore, as the estate grows, we require more team members to join us.

There is the option for the suitable candidate to take a Live in option and no cost in the brands own on site Hotel

‍We are recruiting for a Cook / Chef/ Kitchen Assistant for our clients new Forge restaurant which they have taken over, The Forge has a great reputation and they strive to keep this.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a cook to put their stamp on an old classic.

Applicants should have experience in hospitality and food catering.

What would my main responsibilities be as a chef at the forge restaurant?

• Cook and prepare food
• Helping the restaurant team
• Adhere to budgets from the chef
• follow recipes and presentation specifications
• adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards
• Restock items as needed and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
• Ensure the kitchen runs efficiently.
• monitor fridge and food temps are correct to food hygiene standards
• Food hygiene paperwork
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen at all times
• Liaising with the chef and management team
• Stock control - including stock rotation and ordering

‍Experience in kitchen environment, knowledge of FSA. Immediate start is possible. Full training given.

Package: £12.94 per hour + Package + Benefits + Live In option
