They provide comprehensive traditional and digital marketing solutions, printing projects, fleet vehicle wraps, and data analysis. As a ServiceTitan certified provider, they empower their clients with effective marketing strategies to enhance growth.

We are looking for a versatile, adaptable, and passionate Executive Assistant who aligns with our core values: Be a Servant Leader, Live Outside Your Comfort Zone, Sharing Like a Family, and Embody Extreme Ownership. You will support our dynamic team by playing a crucial role in managing our daily operations efficiently, ensuring smooth communication within the team, and assisting in our mission to provide unparalleled marketing services.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking and managing meeting notes
  • Updating the team on project progress
  • Assisting with client communication
  • Assigning and managing tasks and project lists in Asana
  • Email & Calendar Management
  • Reporting updates on projects
  • Planning and organizing weekly project meetings

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Assertive in communication, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions
  • Passionate about supporting and contributing to the success of a team
  • Versatile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinker and listener, approaching tasks and challenges with a problem-solving mindset
  • Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools and software

You must come ready to learn and be trained on these tools quickly:

  • Google Workspace
  • Asana
  • QuickBooks Online
  • Harvest
  • ServiceTitan CRM

Position Details:

  • This is a remote 1099 contractor position
  • The position will be 30-40 hours per week
  • Hours are Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 4 pm EST, with some flexibility
  • You must be available for a weekly team meeting
  • The pay rate is $23/hr. USD
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
