This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle direct, high-expectation leadership with empathy.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing email, calendar, and top priorities to keep projects on track
- Scheduling appointments and ensuring all events are on the calendar
- Tracking and following through on client, prospect, and partner activities
- Managing meeting notes and extracting action items
- Proofreading content and assisting with client support
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Ensuring tasks and to-do lists are completed
- Assisting with social media support (organizing and managing comments, messages)
- CRM entry and assisting with payroll as the role evolves
- Taking on additional administrative tasks as needed to support the business as it grows
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:
- Self-assured, with the ability to hold their ground while also being empathetic and compassionate
- Comfortable working with someone direct and willing to be direct back, while maintaining respect and professionalism
- Organized with excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Authentic, straightforward, and able to thrive in a no-nonsense environment where constructive feedback is valued

- Able to handle direct communication with confidence and professionalism, focusing on improvement and growth

Experience with the following tools is a plus:
- Gmail
- HubSpot
- Slack
- Zoom
- ClickUp
- Social Media Management for a business (Reddit and LinkedIn)
Position Details:
- This is a remote W2 position
- Benefits include medical, dental/vision, PTO, sick time, paid holidays, 401(k) with match, wellness stipend, and performance-based bonuses
- The position will be 30-40 hours per week, M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time
- The pay rate is $26/hr USD
- You must be able to pass a background check
