As we make waves with Brand Caffeine, our creative agency, we're gearing up to take LA and Miami by storm, and we need your help to make it all happen!

In your role as our virtual assistant, you can expect lots of emails, texts, and changing directions across all three of our brands; @livschreiber, @hotandsocial, and @brandcaffeine - all while having fun! Questions will be flying, and you'll need to work quickly and be organized, but don't worry, we always have uplifting words of encouragement and well reward you for your hard work!

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling client photoshoots
  • Reviewing and editing proposals
  • Creating and sending pitch presentations, as well as lead generation to onboard new clients
  • Gathering testimonials
  • Proofreading, correcting spelling errors and adding videos for better social media marketing
  • Setting calendar meetings and reminders for scheduling time with old colleagues
  • Organizing important check-ins with VIP contacts
  • Organizing personal life activities like planning outings and events with friends
  • Sorting emails, and clearing spam and junk
  • Conducting brand outreach for upcoming brand partners
  • Instagram & TikTok research on vendors, brands, event planning in major cities
  • Acting as a liaison between Liv and the team & staying on top of text messages
  • Setting up clear check-in systems and reports for contractors to follow
  • Assisting in managing various parts to enable clear, organized processes
  • Assist Liv reach goals and advance with our trending brand

Your end goal is to help Liv be less stressed by creating systems that run smoothly. This will free up her time to focus on growing the brand and seizing new opportunities.

Position Details

  • This is a 1099 Contractor position
  • The position will start with 25-30 hours a week and quickly grow to full-time hours with the right person
  • Benefits include personal vacation time, sick time, and paid holidays
  • You must have at least two years of administrative assistant experience
  • Flexible hours Monday - Friday between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm EST - you must be available in the AM to get the day started
  • The starting pay rate is $2800/monthly
  • You must be able to pass a background check
