This role requires someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and committed to supporting our dynamic legal team.

As Chun's assistant, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage emails and schedule calendars.
  • Schedule client calls and manage phone communication.
  • Organize and manage documents; handle confidentiality.
  • Update tasks and assist with team projects.
  • Lead daily planning and task prioritization meetings.
  • Process invoices and assist with financial tasks.
  • Maintain policies and digital systems.
  • Support client relationships and business development.
  • Manage social media and assist with marketing efforts.
  • Follow up on referrals, and manage promotional items and vendor relations.
  • Plan events, travel, and coordinate board activities.
  • Enhance process efficiency and introduce new tech.
  • Perform personal assistant duties, including scheduling and travel.

Position Details

  • This is a 1099 contractor remote position.
  • The position will start with 20-25 hours per week and could grow to more hours with the right person as the need arises.
  • Flexible hours Monday - Friday between 9 am - 6:00 pm EST.
  • Morning hours are needed to get the day started.
  • The pay rate for this position is $25/hr USD.
  • You must be able to pass a background check.
  • A firm laptop will be provided.
  • Were looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member.
