Dr. Monisha Bhanote, the founder of Wellkulå, is a quintuple board-certified physician and published author with expertise in Integrative Medicine, Functional Culinary Medicine, Cytopathology, and Anatomic/Clinical Pathology. Dr. Bhanote's mission is to support an integrative approach to evidence-based holistic well-being. We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate must be committed to upholding the core values of

The successful assistant will have an understanding and appreciation for the importance of health, wellness, and self-care, with the ability or desire to implement these principles in their own life.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining your entrepreneur's calendar and schedule
  • Email management and client communication
  • Event coordination using our playbook
  • Customer service answering questions about upcoming events, etc.
  • Google Drive maintenance
  • Create attractive documents such as downloadable worksheets and order forms
  • Updating and maintaining podcast records
  • Uploading blog posts
  • Social media scheduling and coordination
  • Organizing and segmenting current course content
  • Data migration and organization
  • Continual training and learning about the business
  • Competitor data for analysis
  • Support order processing and follow-up communication related to test kits
  • Assist in organizing content development and program creation
  • Proven ability to stay organized and keep track of multiple projects, providing support to ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage and organize ongoing project communications for conferences, summits and other speaking engagements

Position Details

  • This is a remote 1099 position
  • The position will start with 20-25 hours per week and could grow to more hours with the right person as the need arises
  • Preferred hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm EST
  • Hours of availability may vary depending on the weekly agenda and will be predetermined
  • The pay rate for this position is $22/hr
  • MAC computer preferred
  • You must be able to pass a background check
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) member of our team.
