The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to build a trust administration function from the ground up at a growing, client-focused law firm. As the firm's first Trust Administration Manager, you'll design the infrastructure, processes, and controls that will define fiduciary operations for years to come. Your work will directly shape how the firm serves clients across trust administration, estate management, and fiduciary matters.

Your Day-to-Day
- Design and implement the firm's trust administration workflows, internal controls, and operational procedures
- Administer client trusts, estates, and fiduciary matters with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
- Manage life insurance policy payouts and coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys and clients on trust administration matters
- Optimize systems and workflows to support scalable, efficient fiduciary operations
- Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and banking partners to resolve complex fiduciary issues
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure ongoing compliance across all trust and estate activities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; JD, LLM, or fiduciary certification (CTFA or equivalent) strongly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in trust administration, estate planning, or fiduciary operations; prior leadership experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of trust law, probate procedures, and life insurance payout processes
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Clear, confident communicator — equally effective with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a complex environment
