Agile Coach | Enterprise Agile Transformation Leader | Warren

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive the adoption, maturity, and scaling of Agile and DevOps practices across our global IT teams. This strategic role partners with product owners, scrum masters, program managers, and delivery teams to enable high-performing, value-driven agile delivery. As an Agile transformation leader, you will guide teams through the journey from traditional waterfall methodologies to modern Agile frameworks, fostering continuous improvement and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives from traditional waterfall to modern Agile methodologies across global IT teams
  • Provide Agile coaching and mentoring to teams on Agile values, principles, frameworks, and best practices
  • Support and implement Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Nexus, LeSS, and SAFe frameworks at team and enterprise levels
  • Partner with PMO and program leadership on Agile planning, execution, governance, and reporting
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help teams identify and remove impediments
  • Deliver engaging Agile training sessions and workshops for teams, leadership, and new hires
  • Design and facilitate interactive learning experiences using Agile games, liberating structures, and innovative training techniques
  • Promote DevOps culture and strengthen collaboration between development and operations teams
  • Measure and report on Agile maturity metrics and team performance indicators

Required Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks with proven implementation experience
  • Hands-on DevOps experience and understanding of CI/CD practices
  • Demonstrated experience with scaled Agile frameworks (LeSS, Nexus, SAFe)
  • Knowledge of Lean, Extreme Programming (XP), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), or similar Agile methodologies
  • Minimum 2 years of professional Agile coaching experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • At least one recognized Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, ICP-ACC, or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of experience working on IT projects and software delivery
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale, complex, and offshore delivery teams
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and architecture principles
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and automated testing practices

Location & Travel
