Greater Tampa Bay, FL | $120,000–$170,000 + Relocation Assistance + Equity

The Opportunity

This is a senior-level mechanical engineering role with a growing firm focused on healthcare facility design in the Greater Tampa Bay area. You'll lead mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design for surgical suites, surgery centers, and hospital operating environments. Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design on surgical suite and surgery center projects
  • Drive project design from concept through completion, ensuring code compliance and clinical functionality
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-performance healthcare facilities
  • Apply your PE-level expertise to produce accurate, constructible construction documents and specifications

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 6+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design
  • Demonstrated experience designing surgical suites, ambulatory surgery centers, or hospital operating rooms
  • Proven ability to lead mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design scopes
  • Active PE license required
