You'll develop and lead the reliability program at a growing manufacturing facility in Morristown, Tennessee. Your Day-to-Day
- Build and advance the facilities reliability program to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations
- Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure reliability and maintainability of new and modified equipment
- Drive reliability and failure elimination initiatives across equipment, production processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety systems
- Define, implement, and continuously improve maintenance strategies, including value-added preventive maintenance tasks, predictive maintenance, and non-destructive testing methodologies
- Analyze repetitive equipment failures and develop sustainable solutions that improve production capacity, product quality, operating costs, and regulatory compliance
- Provide technical support to maintenance and production personnel during both routine operations and urgent equipment issues
- Develop and deliver training programs that strengthen Maintenance team capabilities and technical knowledge
What We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in a Reliability Engineering or Reliability Specialist role
- Previous experience in a maintenance role — Manager, Supervisor, or Technician — strongly preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proven ability to solve complex engineering and equipment-related problems
- Detail-oriented with strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in the field alongside mechanics and operators, including responding to urgent critical equipment issues
