Enterprise SSD Controller Sales Manager

Santa Clara, California (On-Site) | Total Compensation: $200K+
The Opportunity
This is a senior individual contributor sales role at a Korean technology company, focused on driving direct sales of enterprise SSD controllers and storage solutions across the North American market. You'll own strategic relationships with hyperscalers, enterprise customers, and SSD/NAND ecosystem partners — and your work directly shapes how the company's storage technology reaches some of the world's largest data infrastructure buyers. Relocation assistance is available for qualified Korean-speaking candidates.
Your Day-to-Day
- Build and manage strategic relationships with hyperscaler, enterprise, and OEM/ODM accounts
- Own your sales pipeline and forecasting, driving deals from prospecting through close
- Lead pricing discussions and support commercial negotiations
- Coordinate with product management, R&D, and operations teams to execute programs and deliver on customer commitments
- Travel approximately 25% to support customer engagements and business development activities
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Direct sales experience in the enterprise SSD domain — this is mandatory
- 8–12 years of experience in enterprise storage, SSD controller, NAND, or related storage markets
- Demonstrated track record selling to hyperscalers, enterprise customers, or major OEM/ODM accounts
- Native-level English proficiency
- Currently based in the U.S. with experience supporting North American customers strongly preferred
Preferred:
- Native or near-native Korean language proficiency — the company will offer relocation for the right Korean-speaking candidate
