$78,000–$99,000/year based on experience
$20,000 sign-on bonus + $350/month student loan assistance
The Opportunity
You'll join an outpatient orthopedic center treating a diverse patient population including sports medicine and vestibular cases. This rehabilitation center focuses on creating an exceptional patient experience, helping patients return to athletics, work, and the activities they love. Working alongside 2 physical therapists and 2 physical therapy assistants, you'll receive mentorship support ideal for new graduates.

Your Day-to-Day
You'll evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy techniques, documenting treatment plans and progress. You'll direct patient care while maintaining open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors. Your role includes completing all required corporate and clinical services training while maintaining compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. You'll participate in center meetings and collaborate with your therapy team to deliver life-changing patient outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited physical therapy school
- Valid Pennsylvania State Physical Therapist License
- CPR certification
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
