Job Description:
Malvern, PA (Western Main Line) $81K–$126K Annually | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
The Opportunity
Join an established outpatient orthopedic practice in one of the Philadelphia area's most desirable suburban corridors. You'll evaluate and treat orthopedic patients, build individualized care plans, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team supported by modern clinical resources. This is a full-time, on-site position with a structured Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends.

Your Day-to-Day
- Evaluate orthopedic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's functional goals
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions and patient education in an outpatient setting
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and aides to ensure quality and continuity of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient-centered treatment
- Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes accurately and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania (active and in good standing)
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
