Your Day-to-Day

• Review and monitor medication orders for accuracy, allergies, and drug interactions
• Prepare and admix intravenous medications according to standard protocols
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Provide medication guidance and answer clinical questions for staff and patients
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold safety standards at every step
• Collaborate with healthcare teams while also working independently when the situation calls for it

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by ACPE
• Active Michigan Pharmacist license
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred, or a strong willingness to learn the inpatient side
• Sharp attention to detail and sound clinical judgment
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
