The Opportunity

You'll lead an established outpatient physical therapy department within a physician-owned orthopedic group in suburban Philadelphia. This Physical Therapy Manager position puts you at the center of both clinical care and operational leadership — overseeing departmental performance while maintaining an active patient caseload. Your Day-to-Day

• Manage clinic operations including staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance metrics
• Maintain an active outpatient orthopedic caseload — treating musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and joint disorders
• Supervise physical therapy staff and drive quality improvement initiatives across the department
• Coordinate individualized care plans and collaborate directly with physicians to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical quality standards across your team

What We're Looking For

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 5 years of clinical physical therapy experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of clinic operations, staffing management, and quality improvement processes
