Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret physician prescriptions to develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans
• Create functional treatment goals based on thorough patient assessments and clinical findings
• Implement evidence-based practice techniques to address impairments and progress patients toward therapy goals
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain timely and professional communication with referring physicians and healthcare team members
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with and provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs)
• Manage patient discharge planning and ensure appropriate continuity of care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in South Carolina or ability to obtain SC PT licensure
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality patient care
• Dependable, determined, and collaborative team player
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
