Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee or assist superior in coordinating the in-house/on-site assembly & installation of company products. 

2. Communicate and solve problems with counterparts from other departments to ensure timely coordination of engineering, purchasing and production.

3. Be an interface point to customer counterparts for assembly and site installation. 

4. Participate and cooperate within the team to complete overall task efficiently. 

5. Check work after completion of each operation in job and/or completed job to ensure assembly is complete per drawing, that there are no defects and that the work area is clean. 

6. Ensure or assist superior in ensuring that defined project milestones such as SAT, ESSO, delivery, FAT, etc. are met.

7. Manage and develop the skills of technicians to ensure customer satisfaction. 

8. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

9. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

10. Able to plan installation in detail and execute the tasks. 

11. Able to report and update the superior on daily/weekly basis. 

12.Able to carry out small automation project installation individually. (small standalone project)

13. Able to lead a team of technicians for onsite installation works.


Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

2. More than 3 years' working experience in automation industry.

3. Hands-on skill in mechanical or electrical assembly, good written & spoken English.
