About the job Assembly Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
1. Able to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing the required PPE.
2. Lead the production assembly team and collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Warehouse departments to
ensure the timely completion of production builds.
3. Ensure the production team adheres to workmanship standards, quality requirements, and assembly procedures.
4. Responsible for daily resource planning of the production team to meet delivery schedules.
5. Monitor production build progress, take necessary corrective actions, and provide timely reports to senior management.
6. Maintain high 6S standards and ensure cleanliness, organization, and discipline on the production floor.
7. Ensure mandatory training requirements are met and initiate cross-training programs to strengthen team flexibility and skill
coverage.
8. Initiate and support continuous improvement efforts to drive productivity, quality, and efficiency in collaboration with
relevant departments.
9. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
10. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general
safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent years of related experience.
2. Preferably 8 to10 years of working experience in the related field.
3. Experience in managing daily production, manpower planning, and quality/throughput control. Hands-on skill in mechanical or electrical assembly, Microsoft Office & leadership.
