Sales Engineer

Job Description

1. Responsible to ensure sales objectives and targets are met.
2. Communicate and liaise with customers in handling customer enquiries, order processing, product details, agreement
preparation, etc.
3. Ensure customer information request, complaints and suggestion are handled promptly and professionally.
4. Prepared and processed quotation and sales order.
5. Closed monitoring order delivery and ensured customer's payment up-to date.
6. Work closely with related department to ensure customer requests are performed accordingly.
7. Maintain existing customer base and develop new customers.
8. Build and maintain good relationship with customers at all levels.
9. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
10. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general
safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Requirements

1. At least Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Mechanical Engineering.

2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in automation machine especially in Mechanical Design is an added advantage

3. Good communication skills and Strong Negotiation skills
