About the job Assembly Trainer

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, prepare, and continuously improve training materials and work instructions for production operators.
  • Conduct on-the-job training (OJT), classroom sessions, and practical coaching for production staff.
  • Train operators on production processes, safety practices, quality standards, and machine handling.
  • Evaluate trainees' competency, skills, and understanding of production requirements.
  • Maintain proper training records, skill matrix, and certification status of operators.
  • Monitor and assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Support production team in improving productivity, quality, and efficiency through training.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOP, and company policies during training.
  • Assist in new employee onboarding and skill upgrading programs.
  • Prepare reports related to training activities and progress.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
  • To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies, and guidelines provided by the company.
  • Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent extensive experience in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or equivalent related experience.
  • Preferably 2–5 years of working experience in production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge in production processes, assembly, and shop floor operations. amiliar with SOP, WI, and quality standards. Ability to conduct hands-on training and coaching. Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Relevant training in production processes, work instruction standardization, and training methodology.
