About the job Finance Executive

1. Responsible for Accounts Payable transaction processing support (verify invoices and make sure use the proper GL account codes), ensure the daily operation's activities assigned are managed and delivered timely.

2. Responsible for monitoring the Accounts Payable cycle from invoice processing to payment and check reimbursement claims in order to ensure the timelines and quality meet the KPIs and targets.

3. Communicate with suppliers and internal management about the AP process ranging from invoicing to payment, including AP reconciliation.

4. Monitor creditors ageing, and responsible for on-time processing and payment of all payment requests and prepare the payment proposal based on the payment cycle.

5. Review paid and unpaid invoices to clear up payment inquiries and verify voiding to maintain accurate records.

6. Ensure all open/overdue items are being attended to and resolved payment discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.

7. Maintain files for financial records, documents and information.

8. Involve and support on internal and external audit requests, liaise with tax agents, bankers, authorities and others.

9. Development and maintenance of systems, policies and procedures for Accounts Payable.

10. Monitor company cash position and manage fund movements including banking facilities.

11. Prepare & review actual cash flow report and cash flow forecast.

12. Review of payment prepared by subordinate.

13. Keep track of account balances and expenses to create an analysis of financial activities and generate monthly reports, and support manager in reporting such as cash flow analysis and management.

14. Involve in monthly stock count, and yearly stock count by rotation basis.

15. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

16. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

17. Protect and retain documents and records under your control to assure that they are readily retrievable.
