Senior Quality Management Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. To implement Quality Management System & Document Control System.

2. To monitor & improve document control(Engineering Change Notice, drawing/BOM approval & distribution, forms & format control).

3. To plan, schedule & conduct internal audits.

4. Report internal audit findings, follow up & close the Non-Compliance Report/Opportunity For Improvement(OFI) issued.

5. Conduct internal auditor training & other QMS related trainings.

6. Change control monitoring, reporting & improvement.

7. Assist all department heads in SOP, forms & records establishment, implementation, amendment & improvement.

8. External audit preparation & readiness check.

9. Handle customer audit & third party QMS audit. Follow up & close the Non-Compliance Report/Opportunity For Improvement(OFI) issued.

10. To promote QMS awareness requirements throughout the company.

11. Other duties and assignments as instructed by the supervisor from time to time.

12. To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronic/Manufacturing or equivalent years of related experience.

2. Minimum 8 years and above working experience in quality management system & document control. Planned & conducted internal audit.

3. Able to work independently & communicate well with other department head. Handled external audit well.

4. Willing to travel overseas.
