We are recruiting for an innovative tech-savvy Accounting firm based in Earlwood, Sydney, and we can guarantee this is not an average Accounting practice. With a strong focus on people and an automated process, they are currently refreshing their brand and looking for someone to be the face, voice, and heart of their front-of-house experience.

What You Will Be Doing

As the front-of-house champion, you will bring professionalism, warmth, and efficiency to every interaction, ensuring that both clients and team members feel looked after and well-supported.

You Might Be the One If

  • You are warm, polished, and naturally helpful.
  • You enjoy interacting with people and take pride in your presentation.
  • You are a self-starter who can juggle tasks with ease.
  • You are tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems.
  • Experience in a professional services setting (like Accounting, Finance, or Legal) is a plus, but not essential.

In your day-to-day, you will:

Client Coordination & First Impressions:

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in front desk, administration, and customer service roles.
  • Greet clients in person and on the phone with confidence and genuine care.
  • Handle all front-desk communications such as calls, emails, and enquiries with clarity and calm.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and prepare meeting rooms.
  • Keep client spaces fresh, tidy, and always presentation-ready.

Office & Admin Support:

  • Support the Accounting and admin teams with document handling and internal coordination.
  • Maintain CRM and digital records with accuracy and precision.
  • Help keep the office stocked, running smoothly, and full of good vibes.

Cultural Contributor:

  • Bring energy to the workplace and contribute to a people-first, values-led culture.
