Bartender Kos Island Hotel

A well-established hotel in Kos island | Greece is seeking an experienced and service-driven Bartender / Barista for the 2026 summer season.
The ideal candidate will combine professional beverage preparation skills with upscale guest service and attention to detail.

Only candidates with EU work permission will be considered. We can't support visa.  

Key Responsibilities

• Offering upscale, professional customer service at all times
• Preparation of coffees, beverages, and simple cocktails
• Producing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standards
• Assessing bar customers needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper operation of the snack bar
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment
• Complying with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Supporting smooth and efficient daily bar operations

Who were looking for (must have)

• Excellent spoken English
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel
• Working knowledge of service standards and bar procedures
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure during high season
• Pleasant personality, well-presented and professional appearance
• Customer-oriented mindset and team spirit
