Your Key Responsibilities As Receptionist

  • Welcome guests with professionalism, and a genuine client-first attitude.
  • Carry out check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Provide assistance to guests via phone or online regarding their bookings.
  • Register guest details, including phone numbers, dates of stay, and other required information.
  • Offer detailed information about the resorts facilities, room availability, pricing, and services, including offerings from hotel partners.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet established quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation and payment files.
  • Ensure the reception area is always tidy and ready to welcome guests.
  • Handle phone calls and provide professional communication on behalf of the resort.
  • Support the team in achieving high standards of guest satisfaction and overall operational success.


What Were Looking For Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or similar roles is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A hospitable, kind, and proactive personality with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Knowledge of Protel or other PMS is highly desirable.
