Position: Quantitative Research Analyst
Location: Onsite DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Role Purpose

The Quantitative Research Analyst supports the execution of survey-based and data-driven projects for Green Minds clients. This role is focused on sourcing respondents, coordinating survey participation, ensuring compliance, and supporting delivery of accurate, high-quality quantitative insights. Analysts act as a vital link between experts, internal teams, and project managers, ensuring smooth project execution in line with Green Minds values.


Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Recruitment

  • Identify and recruit experts/respondents for survey participation using Green Minds database, LinkedIn, Boolean search, email, phone outreach, and alternative sources.
  • Interpret survey briefs and translate them into targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Support in drafting, reviewing, and implementing survey screeners.
  • Ensure all recruitment and data collection steps are tracked in Master Sheets and internal systems.

Expert Engagement

  • Conduct professional outreach to secure survey participation.
  • Pre-screen experts for survey fit and confirm eligibility against project requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics for survey completion, ensuring high response rates and data quality.

Compliance & Quality

  • Follow compliance protocols rigorously, including data protection, blacklisted company avoidance, and ethical recruitment practices.
  • Review and validate survey responses for accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain clear and precise documentation of outreach and respondent details.

Team & Learning

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Team Leads to meet project deadlines.
  • Participate actively in training modules (Boolean Search, Compliance, Recruitment Handbook, Quantitative Research workflows).
  • Continuously build knowledge of survey tools, data collection methods, and industry value chains.


Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 0-2 years of experience in research, recruitment, survey coordination, or related roles (entry-level friendly).
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage data accuracy and multiple recruitment channels.
  • Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn quantitative methods and survey platforms.
