Position: Project Manager Quantitative Research
Location: Onsite - DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Role Purpose
The Project Manager Quantitative Research oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of survey-based and data-driven projects at Green Minds. This role ensures projects are managed efficiently, experts are recruited effectively, and quantitative insights are delivered to clients with accuracy, speed, and compliance. The Project Manager balances client-facing responsibilities with internal leadership, supporting teams in achieving excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of quantitative research projects, from brief intake to client-ready outputs.
- Translate client objectives into survey design, recruitment strategies, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate expert recruitment across multiple sourcing channels (database, LinkedIn, email, calls, and alternative sources).
- Manage timelines, ensuring surveys are executed accurately and data outputs meet client requirements.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor Associates/Analysts, setting clear priorities and overseeing day-to-day execution.
- Provide training and guidance on quantitative project workflows, survey tools, and compliance standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the project team.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary client contact for active quantitative projects, providing clear and timely updates.
- Anticipate client needs, manage expectations, and resolve project-related challenges.
- Build relationships with industry experts and strengthen Green Minds survey respondent networks.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure projects fully comply with Green Minds policies on data protection, blacklisted companies, and ethical sourcing.
- Review survey screeners, outreach strategies, and data sets for accuracy and consistency.
- Guarantee that final outputs deliver meaningful, actionable insights to clients.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in quantitative research, project management, or expert network survey delivery.
- Strong background in survey execution, quantitative methodologies, and expert targeting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with sourcing methods (Boolean search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and familiarity with survey platforms.
