Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Onsite DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support Green Minds growth. This role plays a critical part in building a values-driven, high-performance team by ensuring recruitment processes are effective, consistent, and aligned with Green Minds mission, values, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, including Analysts, Project Managers, and functional specialists.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and alternative channels.
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, and values alignment.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely candidate feedback.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience, ensuring all communication reflects Green Minds professionalism and values.
- Support in creating engaging job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.
- Promote Green Minds employer brand through networking, outreach, and online presence.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with Green Minds data protection, diversity, and ethical hiring standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in internal systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with People & Culture and department leads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Provide market insights and candidate feedback to inform hiring strategies.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth handover from recruitment to training.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, alternative platforms).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
