About the Role:

Green Minds is seeking a dynamic and driven Team Lead Client Services to join our fast-growing expert network and market research firm. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, enjoys project ownership, and has a knack for expert engagement and team leadership. You will independently manage projects for global consulting firms and corporates while guiding junior team members and ensuring world-class delivery.

Key Responsibilities

A) Client Engagement & Project Ownership

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of expert knowledge and market research projects for global clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier client service.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables with internal teams across different time zones.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to expert fit, delivery time, and client satisfaction.
  • Step in for managers to ensure continuity and leadership during fast-paced or high-volume periods.

B) Expert Identification & Strategic Outreach

  • Lead recruitment efforts for hard-to-source or high-stakes expert requests.
  • Identify, screen, and onboard top industry professionals using LinkedIn, databases, and outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct vetting calls and translate expert relevance into strategic insights for clients.
  • Negotiate expert honorariums and ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and any client-specific requirements.

C) Team Support & Process Optimization

  • Mentor junior researchers through coaching, feedback, and best practice sharing.
  • Oversee task distribution and pipeline management for complex or time-sensitive projects.
  • Contribute to training programs and onboarding initiatives to scale team capability.
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement of tools, templates, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, vetting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Adaptability and ownership mindset in fast-paced environments.
