Position: Team Lead Qualitative Research
Location: Onsite DHA Phase 8 - Lahore

Role Purpose

The Team Lead Qualitative Research will guide and support project teams in delivering high-quality expert engagement and insight generation for Green Minds clients. This role combines hands-on recruitment and research with leadership responsibilities, ensuring projects meet client expectations while upholding Green Minds values and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead qualitative research projects from briefing to expert delivery, ensuring clarity on project scope, sensitivity, and client objectives.
  • Oversee expert recruitment strategies (database, LinkedIn, outreach, calls, alternative sources) in line with the Recruitment Handbook.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to Master Sheets, compliance with delivery protocols, and smooth expert consultation setup.

Team Management & Coaching

  • Supervise, mentor, and train Associates and Analysts on recruitment methods, Boolean search, compliance, and stakeholder management.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and foster a collaborative, performance-driven team culture.
  • Ensure junior team members understand and apply Green Minds values in daily work.

Quality & Compliance

  • Monitor expert engagement to ensure compliance with data protection, blacklisted companies, and ethical standards.
  • Review recruitment outputs for accuracy, alignment with screener requirements, and value-add for clients.
  • Uphold best practices in expert call setup, monitoring, and post-consultation processes.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the first escalation point for project challenges, client clarifications, or expert concerns.
  • Support client-facing delivery where required, ensuring professionalism and alignment with project briefs.
  • Build and leverage expert networks to strengthen Green Minds reputation in target industries.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in qualitative research, expert networks, recruitment-focused and client facing roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Advanced knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and alternative sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational ability to manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously.
