Position: Team Lead Quantitative Research
Location: Onsite - DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Role Purpose

The Team Lead Quantitative Research is responsible for guiding project teams in designing, executing, and delivering quantitative research projects that generate meaningful insights for Green Minds clients. This role blends hands-on data-driven recruitment and research with leadership responsibilities, ensuring projects are executed with rigor, accuracy, and alignment to client objectives while upholding Green Minds values and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead quantitative research projects, ensuring precise alignment with client briefs and methodological rigor.
  • Oversee recruitment of experts for survey-based and quantitative engagements, leveraging multiple channels (databases, LinkedIn, email, calls, alternative sources).
  • Ensure accurate data collection, structured survey execution, and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress against timelines and escalate risks proactively.

Team Management & Coaching

  • Manage and mentor Associates and Analysts, ensuring they understand quantitative project workflows.
  • Train junior colleagues on survey design, expert targeting, compliance requirements, and outreach best practices.
  • Create a collaborative and performance-driven environment, balancing speed with accuracy.

Quality & Compliance

  • Enforce compliance protocols (data protection, blacklisted companies, ethical sourcing).
  • Review survey screeners, outreach scripts, and data outputs for accuracy and consistency.
  • Guarantee that quantitative insights meet client needs while maintaining Green Minds standards.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Act as first point of escalation for project challenges and data-related queries.
  • Provide progress updates and ensure client-facing outputs are accurate, timely, and insightful.
  • Strengthen industry-specific expert networks to enhance survey reach and respondent diversity.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in quantitative research, expert networks, or survey-based project management.
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative research methods, survey tools, and expert targeting.
  • Leadership experience managing small-to-mid-sized teams.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and multi-source recruitment methods.
