Bilingual Insurance Specialist: Work In Office with a Leading Local State Farm Agency in Tolleson, AZ

We're searching for energetic and dedicated bilingual individuals with a positive mindset to become part of a top performing Local State Farm Agency in Tolleson, AZ.

Experience and Credentials:

• Required: Active Insurance License (P&C, Life, Health, or L&H accepted).
• Required: Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• Preferred: Experience in insurance agency sales or service.
• 1+ years in the insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high activity levels, handling phone calls, texts, emails, and in person client interactions.
• Serve new and existing State Farm clients in both English and Spanish.
• Manage the new business onboarding process.
• Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments.
• Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referrals, walk ins, and various lead sources provided.
• Identify cross sell opportunities across the agency's product lines.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. A consistent 40-hour workweek, in office.
