About the Opportunity

As part of the Farmers team, you'll help clients protect what matters most while learning the business side of insurance from an experienced District Manager.

You'll receive guidance, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to sales, operations, and leadership designed to help you grow your income and career over time.

Location

In-person role – Arkansas

Hiring across most of the state with a focus on the northwestern region

Candidates must live locally and be able to work onsite

(Note: Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville are not current target markets)

Steve is actively hiring for 10 offices across the region.

Available Tracks

Sales Leadership / Producer Path

Ideal for individuals ready to grow their income through insurance sales while gaining leadership exposure.

  • Build and manage your own book of business

  • Engage new and existing clients through calls, referrals, and networking

  • Offer tailored insurance solutions across auto, home, life, and commercial lines

  • Access ongoing sales training, marketing support, and mentorship

Protégé Program Path

Perfect for professionals interested in developing into leadership or future agency ownership.

  • Work directly with a District Manager

  • Develop sales, leadership, and business skills

  • Gain hands-on experience supporting agency operations

  • Structured path toward expanded responsibilities

Agency Ownership Opportunity

For experienced, entrepreneurial candidates ready to step into ownership.

  • Acquire or launch an agency location

  • Lead operations, staffing, and growth initiatives

  • Build long-term business value

  • Must have a minimum of $100,000 in available capital

Who You Are

Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life & Health (L&H) in Arkansas
Strong leadership ability and professional presence
Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
Motivated to grow and take ownership of results
Comfortable working in an in-person environment

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday
Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Central Time
In-person role

All interviews are conducted by phone
