Two Ownership Pathways Available

Farmers Protégé Program (Ownership Development Track)

Ideal for professionals who want structured mentorship before opening their own agency.

  • Work closely with a District Manager

  • Develop sales leadership and agency operations skills

  • Gain hands-on experience building and managing an agency

  • Clear path to launching your own Farmers agency

Direct Agency Owner Opportunity

Best suited for experienced professionals ready to step directly into ownership.

  • Acquire an existing book of business or launch a retail agency

  • Lead all operations, sales, staffing, and growth initiatives

  • Operate as a business owner from day one

Candidate Profile

Required:

  • Active California Property & Casualty license

  • Strong insurance, sales, or leadership background

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term ownership goals

  • Experience in agency management, sales leadership, or business ownership
