About the Opportunity
As part of the Farmers team, you'll help clients protect what matters most while learning the business side of insurance from an experienced District Manager.
You'll receive guidance, mentorship, and access to Farmers established training resources designed to help you thrive in sales and leadership.
This opportunity also includes access to Farmers structured development programs. Qualified candidates may begin in a development role while building toward a long term agency or leadership opportunity.

No prior insurance experience is required for the ownership path. Farmers will assist qualified candidates with licensing.
Who You Are
Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) in Pennsylvania
(Newly licensed or in progress candidates encouraged to apply)
Protégé candidates will obtain Life & Health (L&H) within 3 months
Agency owner candidates will obtain both P&C and L&H with support provided
Confident communicator with a passion for helping others
Self driven and motivated to learn
Professional, organized, and open to coaching
Excited by growth and long term career potential
Candidates with backgrounds in sales, management, or prior business ownership are encouraged to apply.
Location
Pennsylvania residents only
Primary focus: Lansdale, PA (19446) and surrounding areas
Target areas include Philadelphia and nearby markets
Agency owner opportunities are focused in regions south of a line between Scranton and Harrisburg
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation varies by role and performance
Sales Representatives
Base salary plus tiered commissions
Protégé
$40,000 – $75,000 annually
Top performers may exceed $90,000
Agency Owner
Commission based income with long term earning potential
Access to Farmers training programs and mentorship
Clear pathway to Protégé and Agency Ownership
Long term earning potential for high performers
Benefits may vary by agency. Agency owners may receive subsidized benefits after launch.

Agency owners operate on a flexible schedule as independent contractors
