Job Objective

To supervise and manage the day-to-day operational activities of a specific facility within the manufacturing site, ensuring that all infrastructure, services, and support functions (cleaning, catering, Pest Control, Vending Machines, Furniture) are running efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with regulatory and GMP requirements

Key responsibility

1. Facility Operations Oversight

  • Supervise the daily functioning of the facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
  • Oversee site infrastructure (HVAC, lighting, utilities, etc.) .
  • Act as the first point of contact for any operational issues at the facility level.
  • 2. Coordination of General Services
  • Coordinate the execution of janitorial, pest control, security, catering, and vending services.
  • Conduct spot-checks and walkthroughs to verify service quality, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Monitor the performance of service providers and report issues or non-compliance.
  • 4. Safety, Compliance, and Housekeeping
  • Ensure that the facility complies with GMP, HSE, and internal company standards.
  • Participate in audits, safety inspections, and readiness reviews.
  • Lead or support evacuation drills, safety awareness, and hazard identification activities.
  • 5. People & Communication Management
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Production, QA, HR, etc.) to ensure facility needs are met.
  • Support onboarding of new personnel regarding facility orientation and emergency plans.
  • Guide janitorial or support teams working under or within the facility scope.
  • 6. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of facility checklists, inspections, complaints, and resolved issues.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on facility status, incidents, and improvement plans.
  • Provide feedback on vendor performance and assist in KPI reporting.

Academic experience required

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, or equivalent

Professional Experience Required

  • : More than 5 years, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting

Computing Skills

  • Familiarity with GMP, EHS compliance, and facility systems

Personal Skills

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility tracking tools
  • Ability to coordinate multiple services simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset
