Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly performance goals, including staffing efficiency, cost per liter (CPL), and quality KPIs
  • Lead the center with strong ethics and integrity while creating a positive, high-performance work culture
  • Supervise all center operations, including donor selection, plasma collection, inventory, and shipment processes
  • Manage and develop staff, oversee training and enforce quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Plan and implement operational improvements to increase center efficiency
  • Oversee center staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and employee relations
  • Monitor inventory and equipment maintenance, including freezer management and alarm responses
  • Review financial records and control donor funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Submit required operational reports accurately and on time
  • Support donor retention through positive donor experiences and local community engagement
  • Collaborate in budgeting and cost control activities to meet agreed-upon production and cost targets
  • Identify and mitigate risks, address safety incidents, and implement corrective actions
  • Step into any center role when needed, and support other centers or regional operations as assigned
  • Mentor team members and act as regional oversight when required

Other Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and mentoring to staff
  • Lead and support public relations and donor recruitment campaigns
  • Participate in divisional projects or initiatives
  • Ensure proper training and documentation of all center activities
  • Liaise with the Quality team to identify and resolve compliance issues
  • Represent the center in audits, inspections, and community events

Academic Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medicine
  • Formal qualification in the medical field
  • Preferred: Diploma, Masters Degree, Egyptian Fellowship, or MBA in a Medical-related field
