Job Purpose
To ensure accurate and efficient inventory management by monitoring stock levels, maintaining inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and supporting inventory-related processes to prevent discrepancies and support manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Monitoring & Management
- Track and record inventory levels across general supplies.
- Ensure that inventory is properly stored, labeled, and organized according to company standards .
- Monitor slow-moving, expired, or obsolete stock and report to the Inventory Supervisor.
2. Cycle Counting & Auditing
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks in coordination with the warehouse team.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Support periodic internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and resolution of issues.
3. Inventory Transactions & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of goods received, transferred, consumed, or returned.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded timely in the ERP or inventory management system .
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports .
4. Coordination & Communication
- Assist in planning stock replenishment based on forecasts and consumption trends.
- Escalate urgent shortages or stock irregularities.
5. System & Compliance
- Operate inventory systems efficiently and support continuous improvement of stock control processes.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, and regulatory standards in all inventory activities.
- Participate in system upgrades or implementation of new inventory tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 24 years in inventory management, preferably in the GS, manufacturing.
- Systems: Experience using ERP systems like SAP.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software
