The primary purpose of this position is to maintain a training team who can regularly rotate between centers to cover any TS shortages or absences when needed.
Directs, leads, conducts, coordinates and prepares staff training activities in plasma center including new employee training program and Monthly Staff Training Activities within the Plasma Collection Center to verify and validate the employee's competence to perform roles independently. May occasionally oversee work of others but does not conduct performance appraisals or make hiring, salary, or termination decisions.

- Internal: Grifols Egypt for Plasma Derivatives plasma general management, especially the Director of Training, training department of other Grifols Egypt for Plasma Derivatives plasma centers
- External: donors, Health Authorities, government agencies, patient groups, auditors, and community and neighborhood organizations
Key responsibility
- Responsible for covering and supporting fellow training team members when needed on an ongoing basis, performing all the same functional duties mentioned in other key responsibility areas.
- Direct overseas and leads training within plasma center by partnering with the corporate training department to ensure training and training compliance is met.
- Conducts, directs, and leads training and related developmental activities needed to support operational objectives in support of the plasma center leadership team.
- Overseas and coordinates the work of designated trainers throughout the center. Identifies areas of operational opportunity for continuous improvement.
- Supports management in implementation of corrective actions to eliminate regulatory deficiencies in training. May assist in the development and facilitation of operational training materials and programs.
- Creates, maintains, and audits training records and files to ensure compliant training files. Ensures center adherence to training Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and annual training requirements, including new procedure training and re-certification activities.
- Establishes and maintains the ability to perform all tasks within the center; fulfills the role of production employees when the need arises.
- Reports on all unsafe working situations or conditions to supervisor or Manager.
Academic experience required
- B.S. degree in a health-related science.
Professional Experience Required
- Typically requires 2 years of related experience - clinical, general business, or training. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred. Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.
